13 days and counting at the state legislature, Tom list’s the liberals that have been rewarded this session and what HB 1272 is going raise more taxes.  Ft. Collins City Council could pass a tax incentive for the new mall but it affects the County and special tax districts too, how do they have that much control?  A new $100 bill is coming in October.  Jim Saulnier gives us a preview of the fun on his show this Saturday.

Tom got dressed in the dark.  Tim Draper has created an 8 week business program but we believe it should be a supplement to a 4 year degree.  Twinkies are supposed to be back on shelves in June.  Tom believes in ‘people’ and found an investment company that invests in the individual.

Fort Collins Mall update has Tom upset about the $53 million tax incentive the Council is considering.  Tidbits is on-line this week with The Brinks Robbery.  Diamonds are being made in Singapore and not mined, synthetic diamonds could be a less expensive alternative to a the real thing.  A London home is for sale for 375 million pounds.  Tom is advocating for torture of Devon and Brett.

April 24, 2013 - Hour 2

4 in 10 American’s like the idea of paying by weight for fly.  State Representative Brian DelGrosso gives us an update to Amendment 64 and the oil and gas bills that are to be addressed before the session ends.  Internet sales are being considered for a tax that would require on-line retailers to keep track of 9,000+ taxing areas around the country.

April 24, 2013 - Hour 1

Green energy and birds leads to a discussion on Tom’s hat and if manufacturer’s know how plastic bottles are made into fabric.  Google is not paying it’s fair share of taxes in the UK and says it’s adding to the local economy when it provides money to local start-ups.  Stonehenge is hiring a general manager, Devon thinks Tom is not what they are looking for.

April 23, 2013 - Hour 3

Snow is STILL here, Devon is done, Tom is only done because it is interfering with sports.  NFIB is fighting against job killing bills and Tony Gagliardi joins us to discuss the latest, HB 1136.  Amendment 64 is no closer to being funded and with restrictions, there is an organization called SmartColorado.org that is trying to work out how to regulate it.  Amendment 64 rant with Tom and Devon.

Tom’s son has a birthday today and Tom and Brett try to explain how young boys know what Hooters is.  Tom has an article that says Picasso stole his best ideas.  Breast cancer screenings are very important and this week’s Healthy U segment focuses on this.

Snowy roads.  State legislature is supposed to do 2 things: pass the budget and deal with Amendment 64, they are blaming Republican’s for not having enough time to get to Amendment 64.  New hospital gowns have finally been designed and they close in the front, no more lack of dignity, now we just need all hospitals to upgrade.  Tom asked the question about the Boston bomber and if he should be tried in federal court or taken to Guantanamo Bay, but Devon is concerned with the amount of government authority Tom is allowing.
