The Independence Institute held a press conference announcing their lawsuit against the new gun control bills. The plaintiffs are 54 Colorado sheriffs, the Colorado Farm Bureau, Women for Concealed Carry, and others. Each group was able to deliver remarks on behalf of the lawsuit, along with lead attorney Dave Kopel.
