13 days and counting at the state legislature, Tom list’s the liberals that have been rewarded this session and what HB 1272 is going raise more taxes.  Ft. Collins City Council could pass a tax incentive for the new mall but it affects the County and special tax districts too, how do they have that much control?  A new $100 bill is coming in October.  Jim Saulnier gives us a preview of the fun on his show this Saturday.
