Tom and “the boy” went to the baseball game last night.  A California nudist colony has been accused of stealing water for their swimming pool.  Some Weld County elected officials will get a 40% wage increase but all will get a raise.  Young man robs a store and gets killed, bother comes the following day and threatens to kill store owners.  Drug tests positive for marijuana have seen an increase of 20% in Colorado.

Ken Follett, author, has his newest book out “Edge of Eternity” and he joins us to share all the history he intertwined with the characters.  Chick Fil-A has been banned from a high school in Ventura even though it was a fundraiser donation where the school kept 100%.  Tom is still trying to convince Devon putting a CSU stadium on campus is a good idea.  A proposed bill will take away funding for schools with Native American mascots who don’t have permission to use the mascot.
