20 Congressman voted against the Keystone pipeline, 2 live in Colorado - Polis and Perlmutter.  Ballot initiative 124 would force school boards and union negotiations to open the door to the public.  Larimer County will have 2 tax hikes on the ballot, one for Larimer Humane Society and one for open spaces.  Jesse Ventura wins a lawsuit against Chris Kyle, who was murdered by a fellow veteran.

Ft. Collins City Council open meeting to discuss bag fee (tax) tonight at Fossil Ridge HS.  Ethnic studies class will be taught in a Fresno school district and residents are upset the teacher is white.  How to be a better writer seems basic in closing yourself in a room with no distractions.  Tom tries to be optimistic even when it comes to the President and foreign policy.
