As winter settles in Loveland’s City Council is working to solve the homeless housing problem. According to reporterherald.com, local agencies recommended potential solutions to the council on Tuesday, including busing the homeless to Fort Collins, which has more shelter resources than Loveland. City Manager Steve Adams said staff will look into emergency policies, including communication, transportation and sheltering for the city’s homeless.
