Memorial planned Thursday for longtime Fort Collins activist and musician

A memorial is planned Thursday for a longtime Fort Collins activist and musician. Eric Levine was killed in a Jan. 15 two car crash at the intersection of Mountain and Bryan avenues in Fort Collins. The 67 year old, known for his environmental work in Fort Collins, with air quality, climate change, and oil and gas regulations, also was a virtuoso violinist and member of the Colorado musical scene for 40 years. Friends will gather Thursday evening at 5pm, at 4501 N. Giddings Road to remember Levine with music and stories, as reported at coloradoan.com.
