A new apartment complex is open just southwest of Windsor. Railway Flats Apartments in Centerra will provide 240 new housing units for Windsor and other northern Colorado municipalities. The complex broke ground in 2018 at 2105 Hopper Lane in Loveland, and new residents began moving in this past December, greeleytribune reports.
