UPDATE – Thanks to social media police say they have identified a man accused of ramming a Greeley police vehicle. greeleytribune.com reports, police posted images of the man from an officer’s body camera footage and he was identified by Tuesday morning as 22-year-old Kolten John Lackey. Lackey faces charges for criminal mischief, obstructing a peace officer and four counts of reckless endangerment, according to police.
