New details have been released about a Longmont man arrested earlier this month on child enticement charges outside the Greeley Mall. Police say 42-year-old Jesus Alberto Arroyo-Castillo was a registered sex offender and thought the girl he was hooking up with was 14 years old. The girl turned out to be an undercover detective with the Greeley Police Department who was posing as a teen on a social media website, according to an arrest affidavit. Arroyo-Castillo has an advisement hearing set for March 4 in Weld District Court.
