Slick roads blamed for fatal chain reaction crash in Loveland

Heavy snow and slick roads appear to have been a factor in a fatal chain reaction crash in Loveland Wednesday (February 12). Loveland Emergency Crews received a call of a multi car crash at West 1st Street and South Tyler Ave., and found a Loveland resident with severe injuries involved in the wreck in which police say she apparently lost control and hit an oncoming car before she spun out into another vehicle. She was taken to a local hospital where she later died. The investigation is ongoing.
