The number of workers being laid off because of COVID19 closures in the state is rising. Movie theaters, dental offices, a regional airline, a Vail resort, and several restaurants are among the first businesses that have filed with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment this week informing the state they have laid off workers due to the coronavirus pandemic, according to Loveland Reporter Herald.com.
