Residents in one Greeley neighborhood ordered to “shelter in place” during police stand off

Residents in one Greeley neighborhood were ordered to “shelter in place” during a police stand off Wednesday afternoon. Greeley police and SWAT were attempting to serve a warrant at a residence on 52nd Avenue and an unidentified man and woman refused to exit the home. Police used tear gas and the couple surrendered. Both were taken into custody, Greeley Tribune reports. No gunshots were fired during the incident and there were no reports of injuries.
