UPDATE – A Greeley man arrested after a police stand off has been linked to a chop shop operation. greeleytribune.com reports, Hipolito Muniz, 33 was arrested Tuesday after police say he barricaded himself inside a Greeley home as officers attempted to serve two warrants for his arrest out of Larimer County, according to a Wednesday morning news release. A court date has been set for next Tuesday.
