$7 million in federal funding will help the Thompson School District put COVID19 safety measures in place. According to reporterhearld.com the money can be spent on modifications associated with the coronavirus pandemic, including closing and opening schools, mental health needs and distance learning, aimed at preventing the spread of the disease.
