Pot shops may be able to set up in Loveland with few ristrictions

Retail marijuana dispensaries may be able to set up in Loveland with few ristrictions if a proposed ordinance is put on the November ballot. According to reporterherald.com the proposed law could allow licensed marijuana centers to open storefronts in residential neighborhoods near schools, churches, and other protected sites, City attorney Moses Garcia said. He said if the item appears on the ballot and is approved by voters, the City Council could still choose to amend it to include additional regulations.
