The Weld County Sheriff’s Office has seen and increase in demand for concealed handgun permits in part due to a recent fee reduction. Beginning today, the sheriff’s office will no longer process permit applications after 4:30 p.m. and they also request and encourage permit applicants to call for an appointment.
