A 24-year-old man is in jail after a standoff with police that went on for more than three hours this weekend at an apartment in Greeley.About 8 p.m. Saturday, police learned Marcus Romelo-Dominguez, 24, was inside an apartment in the 500 block of 16th Street. He was known to have two felony warrants, according to police, one for second-degree assault and kidnapping charges and another for violating a protection order saying he couldn’t be at that apartment. Police track Romelo-Dominguez as a Sureno gang member.
