The primary witness in the Patrick Frazee trial will be sentenced next month. A Teller County judge told Krystal Lee aka Krystal Kenney today she’ll learn her fate on January 28th. Lee admitted to helping Frazee cover up Kelsey Berreth’s murder last year in a plea deal DA Dan May called a deal with the devil. Frazee was given life in prison last month.
