Complete CSU 2020 Football Schedule Announced

While CSU has long known the Rams would open the season at home on Sept. 5 vs. Colorado in the Rocky Mountain Showdown, the conference office finalized the 2020 slate with the addition of eight conference matchups.

Special events – such as AG Day and Homecoming – as well as kick off times will be announced at a later date. Dates are still subject to change as the Mountain West goes through its television partner selection process.

Breaking Down the 2020 Schedule:
CSU opens with two home conference games vs. Fresno State (Oct. 3) and New Mexico (Oct. 10) before enjoying an off-week in the middle of the campaign. The Rams then travel to UNLV (Oct. 24) where the Rebels are expecting to host conference teams in the new home of the Las Vegas Raiders, Allegiant Stadium.

The Rams return home to host the Border War on Halloween.

The stretch run in November looks to be the toughest third of the season as Colorado State hosts just one home game in the month, that coming vs. Utah State on Nov. 21, and plays four consecutive teams who appeared in bowl games in 2019. Road trips to San Diego State (Nov. 7) and Air Force (Nov. 14) begin the month, and CSU wraps up the 2020 regular season slate at Boise State on Nov. 28.
