Dozens of new apartments could be coming to an area near Colorado State University’s campus. A developer wants to construct 80 apartments on just over 5 acres of land at the corner of South Shields Street and Westward Drive. The Coloradoan reports 10 single-family homes would on the western part of the property near Del Mar Street. The city will host a virtual neighborhood meeting on this Friday, February 7.
